What do you think of when you picture a restaurant supply store? Is it the familiar store down the street or is it a web site? Not long ago, before Amazon.com took over the world – I thought of this great brick from store with Hobart mixers on display in the huge front windows and a massive warehouse out back where the bargains – in the form of used restaurant equipment could be found.
