Strategic planning is a never-ending process. A strategic planning template is not some sort of checklist that you complete by the numbers are you go through the process. In fact, if there was such a thing as a physical strategic planning template, it would look more like an artist's palette. That's because it is where you and others will mix the various elements of your organization's picture today - to create your collective vision of tomorrow.
