We are taught from birth almost that anger is bad and that we should not 'act in anger' - although that is really not always the case. Maybe when we were kids we would not have understood how the Anger volcano and the other concepts of principled negotiation in this video introduce us to a model of conflict resolution for interpersonal differences.
