The question we all ask ourselves when we see some new, great, or world-class leader being trumpeted in the media or in person at an industry event - is whether or not they were born or made to be the amazing person they are today.
That requires us to first consider what 'they' say a leader should be and in what content the person is being described. My gut feeling is that someone who is a great leader of a college football team may not turn out to be a great leader in business and vice versa...
