Leadership skills are arguably the most important characteristic of successful people. We've all heard the expression, spoken in awe, that someone is a born leader. If that was a comment used to describe every successful people we'd have to say that you've either got it (leadership ability) or you don't. Since that's not the case and leadership skills can be developed over time, the real question is how do you develop them?
