I know what you're probably thinking, "I DO own the business", but the work still has to get done. Sitting around with your feet propped up acting like a big shot, telling everybody what to do, won't help you succeed. It could have very different consequences very quickly. On the other hand believing that "if you want it done right you've got to do it yourself" will actually make it impossible for you to grow from where you are now to where you want to be.
