Success in the Olympics requires stamina, success in NCAA basketball requires, and success in business requires stamina. In fact one of the principle characteristics of effective leaders is stamina, even though it is described differently by everybody who tries (unsuccessfully for the most part) to define the characteristics of an effective leader.
