Who will you get to be on your strategic marketing team? Who should really be actively active in the process and who can be relied on to deliver the resources and perspectives you need? A strategic planning team, like a wide range of other functional groups won’t have to be complicated to set up and run as all that. Also it does not demand anyone’s time and effort on a sustained basis.
