Running a business, whether it is a new start-up or one that has been around for decades, is a very tough task that requires you to be tough in order for the business to run smoothly. Failure to have the necessary employee leadership strengths will result in poor service delivery (among other things) and this will negatively affect the business in the short run and cripple it in the long run.
