What do successful business owners all have in common - no matter their industry, the age of their business, or the economy? They are excellent leaders. Leaders are not necessary when things are going great - if business is easy, anyone can be successful. But in the real world only those business owners who embrace essential leadership skills when things are good, so they will have loyal followers when the tide turns - and the tide always turns when you least expect it.
