Relationship Conflict is Inevitable, Is That Wrong?

Whenever we are in long term interdependent relationships there is bound to be conflict. When the other person is different from us, we will have different solutions to the same problems. And of course if they are just like us while we may come to the same conclusions there is often even greater tension and relationship conflict around how they came to their conclusion vs the right way to reach it. The question then is how to make the most of these conflicts.
